Kineo's response to the Covid-19 outbreak

News

As COVID-19 continues to spread globally and across our region, it is profoundly changing the way we live and work. Our hearts go out to those already impacted by the virus, and we want to do everything we can to protect and support our customers through this unprecedented period of uncertainty.

We are taking precautions to ensure the entire Kineo family—including our employees and their families, clients, partners and friends—remain as safe and well as possible. Some of the immediate actions we have taken include asking our employees to work from home for the next month and cancelling all business-related travel. We're confident in our teams' ability to support clients across all our products and services and we will continue to deliver on our commitments, remotely and securely.

We want to do our part to minimise community spread of the virus and protect those around us. In that spirit, we:

  • partnered with the University of South Australia to develop a COVID-19 Coronavirus Prevention course which we encourage all current Kineo clients to roll out - we have for our staff too!
  • are acting on all Australian and New Zealand Government guidelines as well as World Health Organisation (WHO) official advice.
  • have established a COVID-19 business continuity process supported by a crisis response team (CRT) meeting daily to remain agile to the global situation, our community needs, best practice and procedures.
  • are remembering to smile. Thanks to our valued clients at Benetas, here are 6 acts of kindness around the world.

We also recognise the need to be proactive in supporting our customers, to understand how we can best support you with your business needs or concerns, agreeing on action plans where appropriate.
