      Phil has been President of the BNZBA for the last 5 years, having previously been on the Board for 8 years. Prior to this he worked in the banking industry in the UK, Asia and New Zealand primarily focusing on large corporate transactions. In addition to his current role he acts as a business mentor to a number of SME's.
